Serenity Love Fitness offers a small, intentional set of services designed to support how you eat, move, and make decisions about your health.
My work is shaped by both education and experience. I’m a NASM‑Certified Personal Trainer and hold a Master’s degree in Nutrition Science with an emphasis on lifestyle management and disease prevention. I use this background to offer guidance that is evidence‑based, thoughtful, and responsive to the individual.
This mentorship-style guidance reflects the belief that fitness isn’t just about how you look but also how you feel. I’ve seen many people accomplish the look they want but still get anxiety over a number on the scale, or deep down still only finding worth based on their physical appearance. I want to help you achieve the look awhile gaining peace during the process because you know your body, and you know how to break any goal down into tangible steps. I want to help you get to a place of not being disheartened by resistance and enjoying the process of working toward a goal. This comes when you are operating from a place of love and self respect, instead of pressure or punishment.
When you tap into that mindset, it becomes contagious and starts to influence how you approach every area of your life.
I believe fitness is a tool for well‑being and vitality, not solely a standard for how a body should look.
