Why Serenity Love Fitness?
Fitness is often framed as a competition — a certain look, a certain standard, an expectation to push harder and do more in order to feel worthy in our bodies. Serenity Love Fitness exists as an alternative to that approach.
This mentorship-style guidance reflects the belief that fitness isn’t so much a look to achieve, but a feeling you hold. A feeling of peace during the process because you know your body, and you know how to break any goal down into tangible steps. A feeling of not being disheartened by resistance and enjoying the process of working toward a goal because you are operating from a place of love and self respect, instead of pressure or punishment.
When you tap into that mindset, it becomes contagious and starts to influence how you approach every area of your life.
I believe fitness is a tool for well‑being and vitality, not a standard for how a body should look.
My work is shaped by both education and experience. I’m a NASM‑Certified Personal Trainer and hold a Master’s degree in Nutrition Science with an emphasis on lifestyle management and disease prevention. I use this background to offer guidance that is evidence‑based, thoughtful, and responsive to the individual.
Serenity Love Fitness offers a small, intentional set of services designed to support how you eat, move, and make decisions about your health.
