1:1 Coaching Call
A 45-minute, one-on one video call focused on where you feel stuck or unsure.
You can come to this call with a specific goal, or with a general desire to feel healthier.
During our time together, we’ll look at how your body is currently being supported across daily movement, exercise, and nutrition, and identify areas where you’re ready to create meaningful progress.
You’ll leave the call with direction, clarity, and a better understanding of how to work with your body.

Personalized Fitness Plan
A custom 6-week fitness plan designed specifically for you and your level of fitness.
We start with a video call coaching session and then I design a structured program for you. This program will be written out and have video links as well as pictures to walk through the workouts virtually.
We will stay connected over the 6-week period to adjust the plan as needed.

Nutrition Coaching Series
This is a gentle, data‑informed look at your current eating habits.
This includes 3 structured nutrition reviews that you can use at your own pace, as needed for your goals.
We begin with a 7-day food diary and coaching session to review your eating patterns, and then identify where we can make adjustments to better target your goals.
When you are consistent with the adjustments, you’ll complete your next 7-day food diary and we continue to make adjustments as needed.
This process continues until all 3 review are completed, and allows you to build habits gradually.
Each review builds on the last, giving you a deeper understanding of how to fuel your body in a way that supports your goals.
This is an educational, habit-focused experience and does not provide medical nutrition therapy or treatment

Complete Coaching Experience
For those who are looking to tackle everything at once, this option includes each of the 3 services above. You will receive a personalized fitness plan and nutrition coaching series, with frequent check ins and as many coaching calls as needed during the process.
