This is a 45‑minute 1:1 call to help in whatever nutrition or fitness area you need.
You may join the call feeling stuck on a goal or knowing you want to be “healthier” but not sure where to start. By the end of the call we will have identified the next best steps that are specific to you and will put you on the path towards success in focus area of your choice.
This is a gentle, data‑informed look at your current eating habits.
Over 3 weeks, we’ll meet weekly to review your food intake, identify nutrition patterns, and notice where there may be gaps compared to general dietary guidelines. This will require keeping a food diary, but I promise we will work to identify a minimal effort plan as to avoid burn out. You’ll have small actionable adjustments after each week and will end this time having better knowledge of how to fuel for your daily needs and goals.
This is an educational, habit‑focused experience meant to build confidence and understanding around food. It’s not medical nutrition therapy and doesn’t prescribe or treat.

We’ll start with an intro call to get to know each other. I want to learn about your goals, your exercise background, your lifestyle, what equipment is available to you and what life circumstances you’ll be navigating this plan around. This will need to be a video call, to accommodate a few movement assessments.
From there, I’ll create a custom fitness program (6-weeks long). Your plan will be delivered within 3–5 days of our call.
