We’ll start with an intro call to get to know each other. I want to learn about your goals, your exercise background, your lifestyle, what equipment is available to you and what life circumstances you’ll be navigating this plan around. This will need to be a video call, to accommodate a few movement assessments.
From there, I’ll create a custom fitness program (6-weeks long). Your plan will be delivered within 3–5 days of our call.
If you’d like, you can also book a short follow‑up call to walk through the program or tweak anything once you’ve had a chance to look it over.
